the other party. The plaintiff filed this ch/s No. 267/2020 to bring on record the legal heirs of
deceased deft.no. 1 Chandrakant Rajaram Rane. Considering, nature of suit and to protect the
interest of the parties, it will better to bring legal heirs of Deft.No.1 on record. Hence, ch/s no.
267/2020 is made absolute. Hence, plaintiff is directed to carry out amendment on or before next
date and supply amended copy of the plaint to the defendants.
