Present status of structure is shown in various photographs and rough sketch filed vide Exh.2.  In view of letter dated 25/03/1985 addressed by the Collector, Mulund to Gopal Sharma, it appear existence of ground plus mezzanine floor.  It is necessary to grant ad-interim relief as claimed till submission of reply by MCGM.
