The authorized representative of the company
Mr. Anwar Mohammed Shaikh filed an application below
Exh. 6 for withdrawal of the suit. The application is singed
by the authorized signatory. He is identified by his Adv. S.
K. Bhosale. He has filed copy of resolution of the Board of
Direcotor of the plaintiff company authorizing him to
withdraw the suit. Defendant/BMC has objected the
application.
The authorized signatory admitted his signature and
contents of application for withdrawal of the suit below
Exh.6. The plaintiff is withdrawing the suit unconditionally
on ground that the society has made application for
regularization. Hence I pass following order.

Suit is disposed of as withdrawn as per application below
