Perused the record it appears that as per order of my Ld. Predecessor Dt. 29.09.2023 plaintiff erstwhile corporated bank be merged into Union bank of Indian the amendment has been carried out accordingly however thereafter no positive, effective and vigilant steps have not been taken though the age of the matter is more than 5 yrs. Hence, issue writ of summons to the Union Bank of India, Central Office, Vidhan Bhawan Marg, Branch, Nariman Point, Mumbai 21.
It appears that despite amendment the name of the amendment is not change in CIS hence ti be carried out forthwith as per order passed in draft Ch/S registered as Ch/S No.1619/2024.
Hence, the Ch/S No. 1619/2024 which was disposed off as a draft ch/S by my  Ld. Predecessor order dt. 29.09.2023 be removed from the CIS.
