ORAL ORDER
1. Perused Application Exh.2 and Order passed on it.
2. Plaintiff filed application Exh.2 for permission to withdraw
the suit. Plaintiff is permitted to withdraw the suit as per Order passed
below Exh.2.

3. Chief Manager Sanchita Pednekar and the Learned
Advocate Ms. Jyoti Tiwari submitted that Corporation Bank merged into
Union Bank of India.
4. I have perused xerox copy of The Gazette of India Exh.3
filed today. I have heard Learned Advocate Ms. Jyoti Tiwari for
plaintiff and Chief Manager Sanchita Pednekar. Both submitted that
the matter is settled out of Court. Hence Suit can be disposed off under
Order 23 Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure as withdrawn
unconditionally. Hence, following order:
ORDER
1. The Summary Suit no. 1235 of 2019 is disposed off as withdrawn
under Order 23 Rule 1 of Code of Civil procedure unconditionally in
view of withdrawal application (Ex.02) and order passed on it.
2. Court fee be refunded to plaintiff as per rule.
3. Dictated and pronounced in open court.
R and P be sent to Record Department.
