Ms. Goswami states that the amount of Rs.5,130/- for the month of May 2019 and the amount of Rs.3,686/- for the month of June 2019, be ordered to be paid over to the Plaintiff towards satisfaction of the decree and the amount of Rs.6,629/- for the month of July 2019 be ordered to be paid over to the defendant being excess amount. The defendant states that the amount for the month of August and September 2019 has also been deducted and withheld by his employer and the said amount may also be ordered to be paid over to the defendant. Ms. Goswami further states that further deduction be ordered to be stopped. Order accordingly and warrant of attachment u/o.XXI Rule 46 of CPC, issued on 19/03/2019 is hereby razed.
