Perused the record. As per record, on the basis of order of Hon\''ble High Court in Writ Petition No.11908/15, suit No.2672/2010 was transferred to other Court than the Court who had passed the order in Notice of Motion No.3041/14 for deciding Notice of Motion No.3041/14 on merit. It is contended that the Ld. Judge presiding in C.R.No.6 has disposed off notice of motion No.3041/14 on 04/04/2017. In the suit MHADA being one of the parties, Ld. Counsel prays to transfer the said suit to C.R.No.12 where other matters of MHADA are pending. I found substance in the application. For convenience of Court and parties, I allow the application and pass the following order.

Suit No.2672/2010 be withdrawn from C.R.No.6 and  made over to C.R.No.12.
