Perused the chamber summons which is supported by an affidavit being executed by Anuj Kumar the Manager of Union Bank of India. Vide notification dtd. 04.03.2021 issued by Ministry of Finance, Govt. of India. The Corporation Bank amalgamated with Union Bank of India. The proposed amendment is necessary for continuation of the suit and no prejudice is cause to the defendant as the defendant will get an opportunity to file written statement. In view of government notification, this chamber summons needs to be allowed. Hence, I pass the following order-
