Adv. dalal filed consent terms between plaintiffs and defendant no. 03. t.o.r. marked as Exh. 05. Both the plaintiffs are duly identified by adv. Dalal and the defendant no. 03 is duly identified by adv. Shri. yadav. The consent terms are in writing and signed by plaintiffs, defendant no. 03 and their advocates. Plaintiffs and defendant no. 03 admitted the terms in the consent terms and submitted that, they have voluntarily tendered the consent terms Exh. 05. Therefore, the consent terms are read and recorded. In view of the consent terms Exh. 05 the suit is disposed off in terms of the consent terms. Adv. Dalal submitted that, he has not tendered the original registered Chamber Summons No. 248/2020 on record and he will produce it tomorrow. He also submitted that, he is not pressing the above Chamber Summons in view of the consent terms and there fore, it be disposed off. The above statement is accepted. In view of the above submission Chamber Summons No. 248/2020 is disposed off as filed. Plaintiffs are directed to file the original registered Chamber Summons no. 248/2020 on court record within one week from today.
