. Plaintiff bank taken out this chamber summons for
substitute service through paper publication against Defendant Nos. 1
and 2.
2. Writ of summons was issued against the defendant No.1
and 2 but returned with the remark ‘left’, therefore, plaintiff wants to
serve the summons on defendant nos.1 and 2 through paper publication

and prays that summons be published in "Free Press Journal" in English
and "Navshakti" in Marathi.
3. In view of above discussion, I proceed to pass following
order.
