This notice of motion is taken out by defendant no.1b and 1c for
to appoint defendant no.1b as agent of the receiver. Deceased defendant
no.1 was appointed as a agent of the receiver vide order dated
18.03.2006 passed in notice of motion no.630 of 2005 with direction
that he shall deposit 50% amount of royalty seeks. Plaintiff was
permitted to withdraw amount after deducting the expenditure if any.
Plaintiff is not having objection to appoint defendant no.1b as a agent
of Court Receiver. Hence the order.
