It is the case of the plaintiff that the original documents at Sr. No.7 and 11 are destroyed due to termite. The plaintiff accordingly had issued notice to the defendant to produce the original.  Original not produced. The document Sr. No.7 is the reply to the notice and Sr. No.11 is the copy of the notice u/S.527 of MMC Act. Considering the fact that the original documents that is office copies are destroyed and the original documents available with the deft corporation is not produced by the corporation. The plaintiff is permitted to lead secondary evidence in respect of documents Sr. No.7 and 11 a/w. Exh.8.
