identified by the adv. Thorat. It appears that, Plaintiff no. 01
is CA of the plaintiff no. 02 and 03. Plaimtiffs want to
withdraw the suit unconditionally. Plaintiffs are master of
their case. Therefore, permission to withdraw the suit
unconditionally as prayed is granted. Plaintiffs and advocate
of plaintiffs submitted to dispose off the suit as withdrawn
unconditionally. Hence, suit is disposed off as withdrawn
