         It is submission of the defendant that documents at Sr.No.1 and contents therein are not correct, document at Sr.Nos.2 to 5 are not signed by the plaintiff.  Document at Sr.No.6 does not bear letter head of the concerned advocate.  Document at Sr.No.8 is the photocopy and document at Sr.No.10 and 11 are not served upon the defendant.  Hence, took objection.  On the other hand it is submission of the Ld.Adv. for the plaintiff that document at Sr.No.1,3 to 6, Sr.No.8 to 11 are referred in the evidence of the plaintiff.
