ORDER
This Chamber Summons has been filed by the Plaintiff to

bring the legal representatives of deceased defendant no. 1 on record.
2. Heard both the sides. Perused the roznama and documents
on record.
3. It is observed that the Letter of the advocate for defendant
nos. 1, 6 and 7 addressed to the advocate of the plaintiff informing
about the demise of defendant no. 1 and the fact that the respondent
nos. 1 and 2 were the executors of the Will of defendant no. 1, is filed
on record. The Death Certificate of defendant no. 1 is also annexed to
the Chamber Summons.
4. The advocate for defendant nos. 1, 6, 7 and 14 (A) and 16
have no objection to the Chamber Summons being allowed. Hence,
considering the circumstances before me and in the interest of justice,
following Order is passed :
ORDER
1. Chamber Summons No. 222 of 2018 is allowed.
2. Amendment to be carried out by next date.
