From the perusal of the record, it would reveal that though the suit is filed in the year 2020, the plaintiff failed to serve the defendants with writ of summons or to file service affidavit in that regard. Since last many dates, the plaintiff is not attending the matter nor taking any steps. Thus, the plaintiff appears to have lost interest in prosecuting the suit against the defendants.
