The following Order is passed in Notice of Motion No. 601/2020 :
ORDER
None appeared for the plaintiff. The NM is pending since long. No
positive steps are being taken to proceed with the matter. Despite
clear instructions on last occasion dtd 21.06.2025, neither plaintiff
nor his Advocate opt to remain present. It seems now there is no
urgency to the plaintiff in the subject matter and therefore he is
absent before Court since last couple of dates. The NM is pending
for years together for hearing. Considering the conduct of the
plaintiff I perceive, there is no utter urgency to the plaintiff. In the
event there is nothing before Court to postpone this NM on next
date for the same purpose. Nothing survives in the hearing of NM.
Hence, it is dismissed for default and disposed of according.
