Ankitkumar Singh. The chamber summons is to carryout
amendment in the name of defendant No. 1. The representative
of plaintiff on oath stated that there is mistake in the name of
defendant No. 1. Instead of “Rajakutti” it is to be corrected as
“Rajakutty”. The defendants are not yet served on perusal of
roznama. Hence no prejudice will cause to defendants by
allowing the amendment to the plaint in respect of alphabetical

ORDER
