1. Plaintiff filed this application for withdrawal of suit. Manager of
the plaintiff Bank is present. He is identified by Advocate Mr. Rajkumar
Shukla. Advocate Ms. Shradha instructed by Advocate Mr. Rajkumar
Shukla is present. Manager of the plaintiff Bank is present. He
submitted that matter is settled out of Court therefore, he wants to
withdraw the same. I have gone through Order 23 Rule 1 of the CPC.
As per said provision the suit can be withdrawn unconditionally. Hence
following order:
