plaintiff and all defendants have no objection to allow the Chamber Summons. It
appears there is settlement in process between the parties. It appears applicant is a
proper party to the suit. If applicant is added as a party to the suit it will not cause
prejudice or harm to any other to the suit party. Hence, it will be proper to allow the
Chamber Summons. Hence, Chamber Summons is allowed in terms of prayer clause
(a) and (b). Plaintiff to carry out amendment within 14 days. Chamber Summons
no.235/2020 stands disposed of.
