The following order is passed in Ch/s No. 237/2020.
Perused the Chamber Summons which is supported by an affidavit. Heard both the sides. It is submitted that the original Authorised Representative, Subhramhnyam Kaushik has resined from the plaintiffs company. The certified copy of the resolution passed by Board of Directions of plaintiffs company shows that Mr. Brijesh Bramhbhat is now Authorised to continue with the suit. Hence, considering the aforesaid circumstances, Mr. Brijesh Brahmhbhat is permitted to continue with the suit and no prejudice is going to cause to the defendant, as he will get an opportunity to cross-examine the witness. Hence I pass the following order.
ORDER
Chamber Summons No. 237/2020 is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and disposed of accordingly.
