Record shows that neither defendants No.3 and 4 nor their
advocates remain present, therefore, on the previous date
the Notice of Motion was kept for dismissal order. Even
today none appeared for defendants No.3 and 4. thus it
appears that defendants No.3 and 4 is not interested to
proceed with Notice of Motion. Hence I have no option but
to dismiss Notice of Motion for want of prosecution. Hence
Notice of Motion No.583/2020 is dismissed for want of
prosecution. Adjd. to 12/04/2023 for compliance and
hearing on NM No. 2377/2022.
