             The plaintiff has taken out this ch/s for adding applicants as a plaintiffs in the suit being LRs of deceased plaintiff no.3. The advocate for the plaintiffs submitted that there is 240 days delay in bringing LRs of deceased plaintiff no.3 on record.
              The advocate for the plaintiffs submitted that the LRs of deceased plaintiff no.3 are laymen and they did not inform  the advocate about the death of plaintiff no. 3. So considering the ground mentioned in the application and for final adjudication of the matter, proposed plaintiffs are entitled to continue the suit as right to sue survives.
