                                     ORDER
1. Chamber Summons no.209 of 2020 is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
2. Applicant Madhvi Prasanna, the LR of Defendant no.1 is directed to carry out proposed amendment in the plaint and counter claim within stipulated time provided by law.
3. Applicant Madhvi Prasanna, the LR of Defendant no.1 is further directed to serve the copies of amended plaint and counter claim upon all the parties to the suit and to file typed copy of amended plaint for the record of the court.
Case is adjourned to 21/04/2020 for Compliance.
