Plaintiff is challenging notice dated 23/07/2018. Copy of the said notice is not filed on record. Ld advocate for the plaintiff submits that the plaintiff\''s society has applied for regularisation vide letter dated 29/08/2018 and the defendant corporation has not taken any decision on the said letter. Ld advocate for the defendant orally submits that the defendant MCGM itself is owner of the plot and therefore without its consent no regularisation can be done. The plaintiff is challenging notice issued in July 2018 and alleged threats are given in January2019. The plaintiff is coming today seeking urgent relief. In the totality of above circumstances, I do not find it a fit case to grant ad interim relief. Hence, prayer for ad interim is rejected.
