siphoning the property belonging to the society as the agreement does
not mention any terrace ?
3) Whether the plaintiff is entitled to the reliefs interim as well as
permanent injunction as prayed for in the false suit ?
4) Whether the plaintiff is entitled for a Declaration for a false claim
of Terrace premises as her exclusive Terrace which actually belongs to
the Society as per the laid down provisions of MOFA ?
5) Whether the defendant Society is entitled to the order and
direction that by a mandatory order to forthwith demolish the said
Window put by the plaintiff illegally & unlawfully ?
