plaint. The applicants claims to be the legal heirs of deceased plaintiff
who had died on 22.11.2018.

3. The chamber summons is opposed by the defendant corporation.
4. The chamber summons is moved in January 2019 i.e. within the

1. Chamber Summons No. 278 of 2019 is allowed.
2. The applicants are permitted to carry out the necessary amendment
in the plaint within 14 days from date of order.
3. Chamber Summons stands disposed off.
