Perusing record, it appears that plaintiff filed this suit on 05.02.2019. The plaintiff seeking adjounment for taking appropriate steps. On 15.02.2019 the plaintiff filed Notice of Motion. Leave was also granted to plaintiff to register Notice of Motion. Thereafter, on 25.02.2019 by precipe the plaintiff filed draft Chamber Summons. But it appears that the plaintiff yet not registered the Notice of Motion and tendered register Notice of Motion. The plaintiff also not take appropriate steps for service the suit summons to the defendant. It appears that, plaintiff does not want to proceed with this suit.
