Advocate Mrs. Narvekar for plaintiff present and filed draft NM.

Advocate for plaintiff submitted that plaintiff has given reply.
However, no speaking order is passed. The officer of the
defendant threatening the demolish the suit premises. Hence, she
prayed to grant interim relief.
Mr. Praksh Sonawane JE, G/south ward submitted that plaintiff
has given reply to the notice. The reply is under consideration.
The designated officer is in process to pass order. He denied that
the defendant threatened to demolish the suit premises.
By this suit plaintiff has challenged the notice u/s 354 A of MMC
Act. Plaintiff has given reply to the notice however, still no
speaking order is passed. From the contention of defendant at
this moment there is no threat of demolition from the defendant.
The suit is prematured one. Hence, suit and draft NM are
disposed of. Draft NM be registered for statistical purpose.
