ORAL ORDER
The plaintiff nos.19(a) and (b) have taken out this
Chamber Summons praying to delete their names from array of the
parties and to add the names of three parties as the plaintiff Nos.73A, B

2 C/H No.200/2020 in S.C.Suit No.8491-1993
and C on the ground that the plaintiff Nos.19(a) and (b) have sold out
their interest in the suit properties to the parties proposed to be added.
Consequently, they have no interest in the subject matter of the suit.
2 The plaintiff no.1 society and the learned advocate for the
Committee of the Court Receiver have no objection to allow this
Chamber summons. NOC issued by the plaintiff no.1 is produced on
record. In the result, this Chamber Summons deserves to be allowed.
Hence, the order.
ORDER
Chamber Summons No.200 of 2020 is allowed.
2. The amendment in array of the parties as proposed in the
Schedule annexed to the Chamber Summons be carried out by the
plaintiff no.1 society.
3. Chamber Summons No.200 of 2020 stands disposed of
accordingly.
