Respondent objected the transfer.
Perusal of the application shows that the Presiding Officer of C.R.No.6 kept the said suit for judgment for almost five dates during 06/11/2017 to 16/01/2018. The arguments were heard in September 2017 i.e. prior to four months from today. After hearing the arguments, the judgment is to be passed at the earliest. In the instant case, as four mounths have already been lapsed, I do not think arguments will still be fresh in the mind of the Presiding Officer. Hence no substance in the application.
The application stands rejected.
