:ORAL ORDER:
By virtue of order dated 06.12.2018 the Adoption Petition No.

2 MA 09/19 in Adoption Petition 310/18
310/18 of the present petitioner has been allowed by this Court. At
that time, some typographical error has occurred inadvertently in the
order. Therefore, by virtue of this Misc. Application, applicant seeks
correction/modification of the said typographical error. Upon perusal
of the application alongwith accompanying affidavit, it is necessary to
correct the said typographical error. Therefore, following order.
ORDER
1. Misc. Application 09/2019 in Adoption Petition 310/2018
is allowed.
2. In the cause title of the Petition to read “Adoption
Petition No. 310 of 2018” instead of “Miscellaneous
Petition No. 310 of 2018”.
3. In paragraph No. 1of the operative part of the said Order
to remove the word “Ray” after the name “Raj” to
throughout the said paragraph.
4. In paragraph No. 3 of the said Order to add the following
after the last sentence and in continuation of the same.
The Education Inspector, South Zone, Parel, is directed
to effect change of name of the minor Raj from “Raj
Rambabu Ray” to “Raj Rohit” by directing/ordering the
Principal, St. Xavier's High School, Dhobi Talao, Mumbai
to do so in (i) its School General Register No. 44771;
(ii) School Leaving Certificate of SSC Board dated 22nd
June 2018 bearing Sr. No. 15126 an issue of fresh
certificate with the corrected name under the same serial
number ; (iii) in the SSC Mark Sheet (Seat No.
A220430 Month and Year of Exam March 2018) and
(iv) any other record maintained by the St. Xavier's

School.
4. Misc. Application 09/2019 disposed off.
