Perusing record, it appears that the plaintiff filed suit on 23.01.2020. The plaintiff was directed to remove office objection within 4 weeks i.e. on 27.01.2020. Thereafter, the matter was adjourned on 28.01.2020 and 29.01.2020 the plaintiff taken on board this matter for urgent relief then matter was kept on 05.02.2020.  On 20.02.2020 the ad-interim rejected since then the matter is pending for removal of office objection. The objection was raised that the under which act the plaintiff filed this suit.
