  Heard LC for plaintiff.
  Plaintiff has filed the present suit for directing the Regional Passport Office to rectify the date of birth of the plaintiff in his passport. It is contended by LC for plaintiff that plaintiff has frequently visit abroad and due to the said defect, he can not frequently visit abroad and therefore, he suffering great hardship during his travel in abroad. However, having regard to the pleadings, I do not find that plaintiff has pleaded any instant of he being not permitted to travel abroad because of requirement of the rectification sought and therefore, I am of the view that there is no urgency or immediate relief need to be granted in the suit. Therefore, the leave prayed u/sec.80(2) of CPC is refused.
  The office is directed to return the plaint to the plaintiff for presentation after complying with the requirement of subjection 1 of section 80 of C.P.C.
