1. Perused Application Exh.2 and Order passed on it.
2. Plaintiff filed application Exh.2 for permission to withdraw
the suit. Representative of the plaintiff V.J.V.L. Ramana Murthy, Chief

Upadhyay appearing for the plaintiff and the representative stated that
the matter is settled out of Court. As per Order passed below Exh.2
plaintiff is allowed to withdraw the suit unconditionally. Hence,
following order:
ORDER
1. The Summary Suit no. 1210 of 2019 is disposed off as withdrawn
under Order 23 Rule 1 of Code of Civil procedure unconditionally in
view of withdrawal application (Ex.02) and order passed on it.
2. Court fee be refunded to plaintiff as per rule.
3. Dictated and pronounced in open court.
