ORAL ORDER
1. Plaintiff filed this application for withdrawal of suit.
2. Perused Application. Representative of plaintiff namely
V.J.V.L. Ramana Murthy, Chief Manger is present. He submitted that
matter is settled out of Court and therefore plaintiff does not want to

proceed with the matter. I have heard Learned Advocate B.N Joshi a/w
Adv Shivesh Upadhyay for plaintiff. The Learned advocate of the
plaintiff and the representative stated that plaintiff is not interested to
proceed with the matter as matter is settled out of Court.
3. Perused Order 23 Rule 1 of the CPC. As per said provision
the suit can be withdrawn unconditionally. Hence following order:
ORDER
Plaintiff is allowed to withdraw the suit unconditionally under Order 23
Rule 1 of Code of Civil Procedure.
