Mr. Pragandha Bhausaheb Kethkale, Assistant Manager of Legal for
plaintiff, is present and he made the statement that the plaintiff
does not want to proceed further with the suit as the suit site is non
operational.
Heard both the sides.
The following order is on the application for withdrawal Exh. 03.
The plaintiff is the master of this suit and as he does not want to
proceed further, he is permitted to withdraw the suit.
The following order is passed below Exh. 01.
In view of the order passed below the application Exh. 03, the suit
stands disposed off as withdrawn unconditionally. The parties to
bear their own costs. Bill of costs drawnup. Consequently, all the
pending applications stands disposed off. Advocate for the plaintiff
not pressed draft NM and therefore, it is filed. The plaintiff is
directed to get registered the suit and the draft NM for statistical
purpose only.
The Authenticated copy of this roznama be given to both the
parties.
