. Perused the application and record. Heard both sides.
2] The applicant has filed several applications in
Miscellaneous Appeal No. 94/2017 such as Stay Application No.
66/2017, Misc. Applications Nos. 64/2017, 84/2017 and 91/2017. He
submits that he wants to make certain amendments to the verification
made to all those applications to elaborate his reliance on the contents
of the respective applications. The amendment as proposed is rather
explanatory and does not cause any change in nature of the proceeding.
Before considering those applications on merit it is desirable that the
applications be verified as desired by the applicant. It is necessary also
because the applicant shall be responsible for each and every contention
made in those applications. The interest of justice thus requires a fair
opportunity to the applicant to amend the verification as prayed for.
3] However, since the amendment as proposed in the
schedule of the amendment is quite lengthy, the applicant is directed to
file a separate affidavit in lieu of incorporating the amendment as

proposed. The affidavit so filed shall be treated as the amended
verification statement of the applicant to all those applications.
Applicant to comply till 13/07/2018.
4] The application to the extent of prayer clause (d) is
disposed of and shall be heard about remaining prayer clauses.
