present and filed application for withdrawal of suit. It is taken on
record and marked as Exh.8.

The application is filed to withdraw the suit on the ground that
the consent term is filed in Writ Petition No. 2753/2023. In terms
of the said consent terms the writ petition is disposed of by order
dated 30/03/2026. The plaintiff prayed for withdrawal of the suit
unconditionally. Hence allowed. Order at Exh.1.

The advocate for plaintiff has filed application at Exh.8 to
withdraw the suit unconditionally.The copy of consent terms filed
in the writ petition no. 2753/2023 alongwith the order of
Hon’ble High Court is filed. The parties have withdrawn the writ
petition as per the consent terms filed before the Hon’ble High
Court. The letter is issued by plaintiff no. 1 and 2 to the advocate
and has given authority to the advocate to withdraw the suit. The
application Exh.8 is allowed as the plaintiff is unconditionally
withdrawing the suit. Hence suit is disposed of as withdrawn. The
plaintiff is entitled for refund of court fee as per rule.
Order passed in NM no. 620/2020
The suit is withdrawn by the plaintiff. Therefore no purpose will
be served by keeping the Notice of motion pending filed to seek
temporary relief pending the disposal of the suit. Hence Notice of
motion is disposed of.
