ORDER
. Plaintiff taken out this Chamber Summons to correct the
typographical mistake in the name of plaintiff from Chandrasen to
Chandresh in the plaint.
2. Plaintiff had filed different suits in different courts. All this
suits are withdrawn for want of prosecution. In the present suit matter

is settled between the parties. Hence, plaintiff wants to withdraw the
suit. But as the name of plaintiff is wrongly mentioned as Chandrasen
instead of Chandresh. Therefore, his name is required to be corrected.
Hence, taken out this Chamber Summons.
3. In view of above discussion, I proceed to pass following
order.
ORDER
1. Chamber summons No.240/2019 is made absolute in terms of
prayer clause.
2. Plaintiff is directed to comply accordingly.
