ORDER
1. Delay in taking out notice of motion is condoned subject to payment of costs of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) payable by defendant No.1(a) to plaintiff within four weeks from today.
2. On payment of aforesaid costs within stipulated period, ex-parte decree passed in Commercial Suit No.191 of 2013 dated 09/04/2019 is set aside.
