On request of the parties, matter is called in 1st session.
Adv. Mr. Ravindra Singh h/f Adv. Mr. Sarogi for the plaintiff is
present and put endorsement on NM No. 485/2019 to be tagged
with the suit. Adv. Mr. Rahul Singh for defendant Nos. 1 and 2 is
present.
Adv. Mrs. S.R. Charatkar for defendant No.3/MCGM is present. The
record shows that there is earlier Order on NM. Hence, the parties
to submit in the 2nd session. The matter is KB.

Adv. Mr. Ravindra Singh h/f Adv. Mr. Sarogi for the plaintiff is
present.
Adv. Mr. Ranjan Mishra h/f Adv. Mr. Rajesh Singh for defendant
Nos. 1 and 2 is present and sought time to file WS. Time is granted
lastly.
Adv. Mrs. S.R. Charatkar for defendant No.3/MCGM is present. The
advocate for plaintiff and defendant Nos. 1 and 2 submitted that
they have no objection if the interim relief is continued till disposal
of the suit and the pending NM is disposed of. They also assured to
promptly conduct the suit. In view of their joint statement, NM No.
485/2019 stands disposed of. The interim Order is continued till
disposal of the suit. The parties to co-operate for early disposal.
