The defendant no.2 has filed reply and opposed the motion. 2. Heard Ld. Counsel for the parties. Perused the record. 3. The proposed defendant no.3(b) appeared in Court and stated that he and his brother i.e. proposed defendant no.3(a) are supporting the plaintiffs. There is delay of few days in filing Chamber summons. However, the Roznama shows that on 23.10.2018, Advocate for plaintiffs informed the Court that defendant no.3 has expired on 5.10.2018 and immediately on next date i.e. 18.1.2019 the present -- 1 of 2 -- C/s. 231/19 in Su 5475/12 2/2 Date : 15.3.2019 Chamber summons was filed. Hence,Chamber summons deserves to be allowed. Hence, following order. ORDER 1. Chamber summons no.231/2019 is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). 2.
