L.C. Suit No.7285/1997, therefore the said defendant is at
liberty to lead additional evidence if any, in the old suit in
view of this order. 4. This application be treated as NM and
it be registered for statistical purpose. 5. Copy of this order
be kept in L.C. Suit No.7285/1997. The Ld Adv has not
pressed NM No.292/18, NM No.293/18, NM No. 295/18
and NM No.4558/18. Hence they are filed and disposed of.
