MCGM Mr.Avinash Kamble is present. In the present case,
notice under section 314 of MMC Act is issued. Admittedly,
the plaintiff has replied the said notice, the copy of which is
filed on record. It is also stated that the plaintiff has filed
certain documents along with the reply. The Officer present
before the court made a statement at Bar that the concerned
authority will consider the reply and documents filed by the
plaintiff and will pass the speaking order. In view of the
statement made by the officer, no purpose would be served
in keeping the N/m and suit pending.
