Perusing record, it appears that, Plaintiff filed this suit on 29.01.2020. It was put
before the Court on 07.02.2020. The adinterim was rejected, leave was granted to
register Notice of Motion and directed to register suit within 2 weeks. But since then
plaintiff was not present for tendering the register Notice of Motion and register the
suit. It appears that the plaintiff does not want to proceed with this suit. Hence, suit
is dismissed for want of compliance and Notice of Motion is also disposed of
accordingly.
