holder admitted of receiving D.D no. 207365 dtd. 19.12.2023
of Rs. 3,90,000/- (Rupees Three Lakh Ninety Thousand Only).
He stated that he do not wish to proceed with the matter as he
has received amount towards his share. In view of Exhibit 10
and Exhibit 11, amount of Rs. 18,90,000/- (Eighteen Lakh
Ninety Thousand Only) is paid to the Decree holder by paying
Rs. 15,00,000/- (Fifteen Lakh Only) on 29.11.2023 and Rs.
3,90,000/- (Rupees Three Lakh Ninety Thousand Only) by
D.D no. 207365 dtd. 19.12.2023 towards full and final
payment of Decretal amount by Judgment debtor nos. 1 and 3.
Hence Execution Application is disposed of as fully satisfied.
Notice of Motion No. 4922 of 2022 is accordingly disposed
off.
