At this stage Ld. Counsel for plff prayed that the order passed in N/m 291/18 be stayed as plff want to challenged said order.
The advocate for deft.no.3 and 4 raised strong objection for stay of the order.
In the present matter interim protection was given in N/m No.291/18 restraining the deft.no.3 and 4 from carrying out construction. If the order passed today is not stayed then entire purpose for filing suit will be frustrated. Therefore, the order is stayed for three weeks to enable the plff to challenge the said order before appellate Court.
