ORDER
. Plaintiff taken out this Chamber Summons to correct the
name of defendant as 'Hindustan Unilever Limited' in the title of Notice
of Motion.

2. Plaintiff also had taken out Notice of Motion No.3342/2018
for restoration of suit. But in the said Notice of Motion the name of the
defendant is wrongly written as 'Hindustan Lever Limited' instead of
'Hindustan Unilever Limited'. Therefore, the name of the defendant
company mentioned in the Notice of Motion is required to be corrected.
Hence, this Chamber Summons.
3. If the Chamber Summons is allowed there will not be
change in the nature of relief sought by original plaintiff against
defendant. Ld. Advocate for defendant has submitted that Chamber
Summons be allowed subject to cost. The submission of defendant
Advocate can be consider while the decision on Notice of Motion
No.3342/2018. Hence, I proceed to pass following order :
ORDER
1. Chamber Summons No.219/2019 is made absolute in terms of
prayer clause.
2. Plaintiff is directed to comply within seven days from the date of
order.
