FRSR following order is passed
O R D E R
1.The defendant shall pay Rs.64,958.89ps/- (Rs. Sixty Four Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Eight and Eighty Nine Paise Only) to the plaintiff with interest on principal amount of Rs.50,000/- at the rate of 18 per cent per annum from the date of filing of the suit till its realization.
